We try to keep everyone promoted so everyone can invite others. If you see someone who is past the level range of ooc, ask them if they want to join, and if so, send them an invite.

If you do not have invite privileges, ask someone who does, to promote you so that you can invite others.
History
Leveling past the nubi ooc channel in the AI BY is a just a pain. This org was created to keep everyone sane from not being able to talk on ooc. Do NOT expect to see any cities, as we are just a Backyard org.
