OT Island Syndicate

Description	The OT Island Syndicate is a Newcomer's Island organisation, dedicated to recruiting/assisting new and possible Omni-Tek employees.
Objective	The OT Island Syndicate's objective is to scout for possible recruits for the Omni-Tek corporation, and assist/protect new Omni-Tek employees until they travel to the Mainland of Rubi-Ka.
History	Founded in 2006, the OT Island Syndicate was created as a means of assistance/recruitment for possible Omni-Tek employees on Newcomer's Island.
