Description	TR was formed to protect all things OT, to promote the OT ideal and to level the balance on an off kilter planet. The doctrine is simple: Be Polite, Be Happy and Have Fun
Objective	The protection of all Omni Tek citizens, whoever the aggressor. From it's roots and although being an official OT department TR have special rights & privilages, Including force against Omni-Tek Units
History	Founded during the early mining boom to govern Omni-Pol & the Military primarily to reduce brutality. It was during the most turbulent times in Tir and Athen that TR gained respect from all factions.
