The Cohors Togata of ancient Rome were a special unit of plain clothes guardsmen who protected the Empire. Likewise, the new Cohors Togata protect Omni Tek and it's interests on Rubi-Ka today.

History
The Cohors Togata were formed by Caezer, a Rome bred, nanomage bureaucrat to follow in the tradition of the Cohors Togata of ancient Rome.
