Objective
If you spot a Latvian player, you are obligated to make sarcasting fun of seeing him back online.
History
Legend says that there is always at least one Latvian player online, he is hiding somewhere inside inferno mission or making his 378ish twink. If none of the Latvians are online, its because Funcom has finally switched off servers.
